At my current company, St. Nicholas Catholic School of Mariveles, Inc., I am valued by the Board of Trustees and their staff as a critical support pillar for the school.

• As a Finance Officer in the company, I used to work for, I made sure their funds were in order and secured. I also make their Annual Budget so that the company's expenses can be paid properly and correctly, just like the Employees' Payroll and their Mandatory Benefits fees. 

• I also make sure files are organized, Financial Statement adjustments every year, Taxes, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow and Reimbursement.

• I don't just work as a finance person, because we need to be flexible, I also schedule the meetings and travel schedules of my principal and the other heads, I make sure their vehicles are safe and places they are going to are safe.

• Because one of my skills is to use Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Adobe Illustration, I also do the School's Marketing Campaigns and Announcements.
