My career has been defined by leading multidisciplinary teams through complex turnarounds, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring strict compliance with HSSE standards.

At Shell Tabangao Refinery, I led planning and execution for major shutdowns and inspection programs, coordinating Primavera schedules, SAP workflows, and vendor teams across high-risk operations. More recently, I served as a Warranty and Reliability Engineer in the UAE, where I conducted root cause analysis, managed failure reports, and supported asset integrity in a waste-to-energy facility—further strengthening my global experience and adaptability.

I bring deep expertise in pressure equipment integrity, reliability analysis, and cost control, and I am currently pursuing certifications including CMRP, PMP, and NEBOSH IGC to align with international standards.
