I am Marife Bancale, Hotelier since 2013 up to present, for the past 2013 I am one of the casual employee, then down to rank and file to my next journey of my carrier then a selected to become a team leader down to become a laundry supervisor I have different achievements awards received started 2016-2020 from Employee of the quarter award, virtue of honesty award, special citation award, lastly heart of the house award, this award equipped  me with the potential to successfully lead and supervise a laundry section within the hotel.  

Graduated Housekeeping Vocational- accredited from Tesda NC 2

proceed to Tesda NC 3, at Vineyard International Polytechnic College Undergraduate of Bachelor of Science and Accountancy,  Cagayan de Oro College (Phinma)
