I’m Marina Reyes, I currently residing at Navotas city. I have 20 years of experience in different Finance role. 14 years working abroad (Dubai and Malaysia) with the same company Schlumberger. I was based in KL Financial hub. In my previous experience I worked as a Senior Financial Analyst which I handle 16 African countries and I was reported to 4 Finance managers. I Assist with Financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of results, Perform monthly reviews of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet accounts, Works closely with Operations in planning exercise, Monitors Area performance against Target vs Budget and Present monthly analysis on costs and revenue. And that time SLB outsourced all the transactional process to the Accenture team, so I supervised 5 accountants. 

In my previous job in AMI as a financial Business assistant I need to assist 8 Business Analyst working with Contracts setting up new clinics in Africa, facilitate assigned projects by assisting with the tracking and creation of necessary reporting as well as modelling and forecasting financial reports. I also Support Tax, and special Audit Activities., I was also directly reported to the head of operation team. 

Right now, I am also started doing Freelance Bookkeeping which I also have 1 client in USA (Dots Connected Inc) and directly reported to the Vice president. As a Bookkeeper I Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process, verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger, Bring the books to the trial balance stage, Complete tax forms, maintain records and create reports and financial statements and Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
