I worked in human resources, which focused on employee relations, labor employment, and compensation and benefits. I closely collaborated with corporate executives to accomplish company goals. 

I've learned from several business leaders over the past five years on how to implement strategic human resource planning to achieve organizational goals. My ability to utilize and improve my talents is made feasible by working in the business processing outsourcing industry.

I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology major in Industrial and Organizational, and Clinical Psychology.
