Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
Setup Raid for good performance of server.
Installing application like mysql, antivirus, Microsoft & active system software.
Install 3cxi VMware for Linux & parallel VMware for MacBook.
Setup & Install Point of Sales Machine for BIR compliances.
Setup & Install cloud for database server for our systems.
Installation & setup Database for Accounting, POS Machine and also VMWARE
configuration.
Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
Troubleshooting system and server errors.
Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
Ensure there is no pending ticket in spice works for dashboard performance.
Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
