- Over-all in charge of HSE compliance for Project Sites including all company employee and subcontractors.
- Ensure the Safety and Health Program is followed.
- Directly reporting to the HSE Manager to ensure the compliance on all Safety and Health Requirements.
- Develop Safety and Health Program for the company.
- Facilitate mandatory and Random checks on Covid-19 measures or any epidemic/pandemic related concern.

- Assist Auditors and DOLE and other government agencies during the inspection of the workplace in terms of safety and health.
- Conduct weekly and monthly 5'S and Safety Patrol Audit with Top Management.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Safety Committee
- Conduct everyday patrol audit of the facility for safety and security issues.
- Inspects workplaces and workplace equipment to ensure they meet safety regulations
- Identifies hazards and risks in the workplace
- Ensures that the workplace conform with organizational procedures and safety standards
- Ensure personal protective equipment (such as hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, footwear, and safety helmets), is being used in workplaces according to regulations
- Ensures that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation relating to its duty of care, workplace activities and the use of its plant, equipment, and substance.
- Records and reports hazards, accidents, injuries, and health issues within the workplace
- Investigates accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action
- Ensure all the documentations and reports are submitted and complied.
