Safety Engineer / Compliance Review and Audit
Accomplished HSE Documentations
Over-all in charge of HSE compliance for Project Sites including all company employee and subcontractors.
Ensure the Safety and Health Program is followed.
Directly reporting to the HSE Manager to ensure the compliance on all Safety and Health Requirements.
Develop Safety and Health Program for the company.
Facilitate mandatory and Random checks on Covid-19 measures or any epidemic/pandemic related concern.
Inspect Health and Safety measures within the company.
Performs all other necessary functions related to Safety, Health and Environment within the project site.
Prepare and coordinate reports on incident, dangerous occurrences, injuries and accidents
Establish safety standards and policies
Documents, establish and monitor compliance with government permits and Dealer Safety Management System
Coordinate with HR and In-house Trainer for the training of employees in terms of safety, safety driving, emergency preparedness and response.
Assist Auditors and DOLE and other government agencies during the inspection of the workplace in terms of safety and health.
Conduct weekly and monthly 5'S and Safety Patrol Audit with Top Management.
Conduct monthly meetings with Safety Committee
Conduct everyday patrol audit of the facility for safety and security issues.
Inspects workplaces and workplace equipment to ensure they meet safety regulations
Identifies hazards and risks in the workplace
Ensures that the workplace conform with organizational procedures and safety standards
Ensure personal protective equipment (such as hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, footwear, and safety helmets), is being used in workplaces according to regulations
Ensures that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation relating to its duty of care, workplace activities and the use of its plant, equipment, and substance.
Records and reports hazards, accidents, injuries, and health issues within the workplace
Investigates accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action
Ensure all the documentations and reports are submitted and complied.
