Mary Rose Bernatia

I had an experienced of being a coordinator. I became a team leader in operation in one restaurant in Bahrain and eventually became a call center coordinator because of my loyalty and eagerness to learn and because of my love in my work. I am working with my whole heart for my job and with full present of mind. 

I worked in Texas Chicken Bahrain almost two years ago, at first I was just a cashier and became a team leader within six months with certificates of being the employee of the consecutive months and eventually became a call center coordinator of Binrajab Company (Texas Chiken owners) I loved my job being a coordinator because I studied BS in Information Technology. I love using computers and I mostly love talking to peoples. I have learned how to handle customers, in their complaints and in basic taking orders process. Monitoring deliveries was part of my job too and it was very nice experience for me. 

I studied Bachelor of Science in Information Technology for three years from year 2015 to 2018. I wasn't able to pursue until my 4th year due to a family problem. But I assure you I have the knowledge and the eagerness to learn more.
