INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST (2017-2019)

• Collating and providing accurate inventory data to production team, sales team, raw material planning and warehouse team as basis for analysis on product per Stock Keeping Unit, behavioral pattern, inventory forecasting and warehouse storage space planning.

SECTION HEAD- DEMAND AND INVENTORY REPLENISHMENT (2021-PRESENT)

• Pioneered and supervised the entire operation of stock replensihment on a national level from the main distribution centers to the different fulfillent centers.
• Monitors and in charge on the approval of outbound and inbound shipments for stock replenishment to 12 depots in coordination with Warehouse and Logistics, ensuring timely arrival and balanced stocking at lowest possible operating cost.

• Created a replenishment plan that considers the demand requirements and customer's actual consumption ensuring delivery schedules meet demand forecast.

• Established excel and google sheets monitoring on replenishment processes that would make the work easier and faster.
