Melbren Tafalla

Good Day! I am Melbren B. Tafalla, PhRN, HAAD-RN. I'm looking for a job in Abu Dhabi and willing to be work any clinical setting/Institutions. I have been working in hospital setting for almost 5years. I was assigned in any different areas such as Ambulance Nurse, Emergency Room, Medical & Surgical Ward, as well as I was trained in assessing deliveries in labor room. In these areas, I have a highly and competent nurse to render a high quality care to patient and best supports to nursing management. I have established collaborative and delegation abilities. I looking forward to a new environment and possess new knowledge and skill.

In my professional experience for almost 5 years. I handled a lot of many cases such as Imminent Deliveries, Hacking & Stab Wound, Motor Vehicular Accident, Fracture, Gunshot Wound, Falls, Cerebrovascular Accident, Chronic Kidney Disease, Hypertensive & DM, Covid-19 patient and etc.

My Job Responsibility:

1.) Assessing patient condition, administration of IV/PO medication with proper documentation.

2.) Intravenous Insertion

3.) Catherization

4.) Wound Suturing 

5.) Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation

6.) Health Teaching regarding Diet Modification, Proper Hand-washing & Hygiene, Medication regimen, Home Discharge with proper instructions and follow up check-up.

8.) Referred Patient to Higher Center with proper endorsement. 

9.) Proper Donning and Doffing.

I graduated of Bachelor of Science In Nursing at Samar State University (SSU). I took up, Nurse Licensure Examination on November 2017, held at Tacloban City. I passed the exam on December 2017.
