What I Do as an Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the entire flow of operations, including dispatching, transportation, logistics, and coordination between teams and clients.

I ensure that all deliveries and transport activities are organized, safe, and completed on time. I manage the scheduling of trucks and drivers, making sure that routes and company policies are properly followed.

I coordinate with branches, dispatch teams, and clients to maintain smooth communication and prevent delays or operational issues. I also monitor performance, expenses, and maintenance to improve efficiency and avoid downtime.

In addition, I provide guidance and direction to staff, conduct regular meetings and monitoring, and help resolve any issues that arise during operations.

In summary, my role as an Operations Manager is to ensure that every aspect of the company’s operation runs efficiently, effectively, and contributes to the overall success of the business.

I completed my studies at ICCT Colleges (Main Campus) in Cainta, Rizal. My completed education provided a strong foundation in management, leadership, and operational strategies, which greatly supports my role as an Operations Manager.
