I have seven years of experience in the call center industry. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable expertise by taking on different roles, including two years as a Tech Support Specialist, one year as a Chat/Email Representative, and three years as a Customer Service Representative. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to solve issues efficiently. I'm confident that my skill set allows me to contribute effectively on your company since I already have a experience in logistics.
I've been working for logistic firm for almost 2 years, currently I'm still working as Customer Service representative at Tfrocefreight We are providing to track down the customer shipment, helping them to set up an account and book / scheduling their shipment with us, assisting them to set up an appointment delivery for their shipment, providing documents they need on their shipment and sometimes doing rate quote for them to know what is the cost/rate of our service. Currently I've been assigned as PCA representative were in I just only handling VIP customer to our company most likely government shipment, international and domestic.
