Hi,
My Name is Nikki V. Jestre, I lived at Paranaque City, Philippines. I Graduated at Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts Philippines. I also work at a baking shop which is I bake breads like salt bread but in the Philippines they call it “Pandesal” it has a different flavor: horseradish, ube, ube cheese, chocolate, mung beans and pandan. I started working there last April 2019 to July 2022 and I also work at Raffles and Fairmont Hotel Philippines. I'm also a baker, we baker various of breads like, croissant, chocolate croissant, Danish, muffins, soft roll, rye roll, white roll, Kaiser roll, Laugen, Ensaymada and other Filipino breads. I work there since January 2023 and I will be ending my contract this July 17, 2023.
I hope you could take time reading my resume. I'm a very hard working person, I love to learn new things.

My first course was Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I Graduated a 4 years course year 2016-2020 then I get interested in Baking and I study in Academy of Pastry in Culinary Arts Philippines its just a short course. I Graduate on December 2022
