Cost Engineer

• Consults with clients, vendors, and Business Development and Procurement Department to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate the cost of materials, labors, and other construction elements.
• Prepares the bid tenders for the clients and vendors including the BOM/ BOQ based from the proposed project layout to clearly define the project scope and schedule.
• Assists and evaluates commercial and technical bids of vendors.
• Monitoring the project costs against the budget and identify the potential cost overruns and propose mitigation strategies.

Project Manager

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

• Collaborate with project teams to prepare tender documents, BOM/ BOQ, and detailed quantity take-off and cost estimates for construction materials, labor, equipment, and other resources required for construction projects.
• Perform project site visits to survey the actual site progress and verify if the quantities are in accordance with the weekly and monthly reports submitted for the purpose of billing collection.
• Perform periodic progress reporting to clients regarding the actual installed quantities and any potential issues concerning material, equipment, and labor utilization and inventories that may impact planned construction progress, productivity, and standby of resources.
• Organize and prioritize variety of tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines required by the management and the clients.
• Process the necessary permits for the project implementation like PEZA, DOLE, BFP, and LGU including the building permits and permit to operate for the project handover.
