Niko Napoles

As an engineer with five years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), I have developed and implemented OHS programs and policies that prevent occupational injury and illness in diverse work industries. I have also ensured compliance with Philippine Health and Occupational Safety Laws and Regulations and government agencies' requirements. I have intensive knowledge of DOLE's updated Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

Most recently, I was an Occupational Health and Safety Officer at Treasure Island Industrial Corporation (TIIC), where I spearheaded the development and execution of OHS guidelines, standards, and policies. I also conducted training, investigation, and reporting of OHS-related incidents. Previously, I was a Safety Officer at Innoland Development Corporation and contributed to achieving multiple milestones of safe man-hours without lost time incidents. I was an Equipment Inspector at First Philippine Skills & Equipment Testing Corporation, where I applied my skills in risk assessment, investigation, and quality assurance.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology in 2017.
