My previous job is in retail and my task is to oversees cashier staff and monitor all over functions in checkout counters. Maintain excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints. My responsibilities also include accounting matters such as daily monitoring of cash-end sales, billing and collection, sales report creation and validation, filing and invoicing, inventory, mail etc.
