Knowledgeable and experienced in technical consultancy & project management and construction supervision of large scale infrastructures, roads & railways projects that involve working, interacting and close coordination with the clients, other international & technical consultants of multi-cultural & multi-disciplined engineering environment, international & local contractors and with the local government; Have good background in construction project process; from conceptualization, planning & feasibility studies, engineering design & design review, bidding process, consultancy, project management & construction supervision, road asset management and operation & maintenance of road and railway works; Have been working 20 years in international consultants & over 14 yrs. in overseas works, taking part on supervising heavy civil construction projects and implement safety & quality control of works within the contract time and project budget. For over 39 yrs. in the profession the undersigned has gained deep knowledge and confidence in handling heavy civil infrastructure projects and implement the quality of works according to approved drawings and project specifications including; ROW acquisition and relocation of affected utilities & other obstructions, demolition works & embankment and reclamation works, setting out and installation of new structures, design review, review and evaluation of technical documents including method statements and ITPs, resolution of outstanding issues, response to work inspection requests, preparation of technical & contractual correspondence, technical reports, design change & variation orders, invoice claims/interim payment certificates (IPCs), resolution of contractual issues and contractors’ construction claims, technical & construction interface at area of work with other disciplines/packages, and prepare & execute handing over procedures & documentation for completed work products of contractors, i. e. mix-used community buildings & facilities and main infrastructures projects including utilities, roadway and railway structures.
