Pao Tallara

I am Paola Mae S. Tallara, 36 years old from Hagonoy, Bulacan. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in Physics, from Bulacan State University. I’m also a Licensed Professional Teacher and TESOL-certified, which reflects my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

For the past eight years, I’ve been with IQVIA Solutions in BGC, where I currently work as a Client Teams Manager. I lead a team of 14 employees and oversee performance management, productivity, quality of work, and employee development. I handle workforce and employee-related concerns, conduct performance reviews, and work closely with project and account directors to ensure smooth operations and strong client delivery.

Before joining IQVIA, I gained experience in recruitment and sourcing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PSG Global Solutions in Makati. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Senior Customer Service and Technical Associate at Convergys, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and client-relationship skills.

I also began my professional journey as a high school science teacher, teaching Physics and Chemistry in Bulacan. That experience strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts clearly, collaborate effectively, and mentor others—skills I continue to apply in my leadership role today.
