I am the breadwinner of the family. My career has always revolved around Customer Service and Marketing this is why I have dedicated a decade of my career in the same industry. This helped me in so many ways I could imagine. I have developed tenacity that regardless of any job or task, may it be on the phone or administrative, I'll excel. 

As an employee, I want to dedicate my skills and personality in a way that would benefit the business. I am easy to work with and I value feedback as I am also an expressive person. I believe that when communication is present, any work would become easy.

My career has always revolved around Customer Service this is why I have dedicated almost a decade of my career to the BPO industry, but before stepping into the BPO world I had experience being an Event Coordinator for McDonald's. This helped me in so many ways I could imagine. I have developed tenacity that regardless of any job or task, may it be on the phone or administrative, I'll excel.

I believe that I'm perfectly fit for the job as I have developed my skills both physically and virtually and being in this kind of industry involves a positive outlook, grit, and attention to detail which I know that I demonstrate in every work that I do.

My most recent tenure was as an Executive assistant that handles all the Social Media platforms that the client has, I am in charge of the management of the platform from posting to engagement, I also had the opportunity to work as a Virtual Assistant Manager for a Real Estate Broker that is based in High Dessert California. During this time, I discovered that I was good at listening to people which led my client to allow me to handle my own team. Although new and unfamiliar territory, I've also learned so much about the real estate world and how a single assigned task affects the dynamic of the entire business. It has trained me to become more organized at work and I've learned to deal with pressure while working on deadlines.
