I am passionate about change and improvements; training and leading a team. Though my specialty is inventory control/management, I believe that organize warehouse and efficient warehouse procedure is the key to location integrity and inventory accuracy. I have experience in warehouse management including space availability and storage allocation; organizing and facilitating Wall to Wall Actual Inventory Count; I've been involved in small and big projects focused in warehouse efficiency and increasing inventory accuracy (i.e. Using RF Scanner during physical count and warehouse transfers); I also involved in warehouse transfer from planning to execution. I have strong experience in Distribution of FMCG (i.e Heinz, Mondelez, Johnsons & Johnsons, Hisamitsu), Pharmaceuticals (Getz Pharma, Leo Pharma, Alkem, OCD) and Medical Devices (Abbott, Cardinal Health, Convatec); and a year in a retail industry. I am knowledgeable in SAP, in fact, for roughly 2 years, I have been a Department's representative (SAP SUB Project) in reviewing SAP Blueprint vs How we process transaction in SAP, detailed process mapping, raising issues and resolving them together with Quality Assurance & I.T Team. I have brief experience in in forecasting, purchasing, receiving of actual goods and posting goods receipt up to issuance (i.e customer fulfillment, supplier pull-out, destruction). For a year, I experience handling reverse logistics and made a process on how to efficiently receive and store the items to prevent the Principal from charging the company. As a former Inventory Control Supervisor, I am knowledegeable in ISO Documentation (i.e. Risk Assessment, Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Corrective Action and Preventive Action, Continual Improvement Log). I pride myself on my organizational skills and ability to motivate a team to do their best work. I am self-motivated and need little supervision. I am conscientious about being patient and personable with my subordinates but also firm in order to meet deadlines and expected results.
