Rheangee Ramos

Hi, I am Rheangee Ramos an undergraduate student at STI College Dasmarinas, I work as a Telemarketing agent at Teleserv Asia for almost a year, I also tried Email support in SHEIN, and my last job as a content moderator at Enshored company. But I know this kind of experience is not enough to try new this and learn new skills. As a content moderator for almost a month was very exciting for me because it is far away from my skill set as a call center again before, that's why I want to apply as Content Moderator to pursue again this kind of job and help other people also to be safe at Social media platform.

Experience as a Telemarketer agent at Teleserv Asia where we used an automated recorder to reach a customer for some donations, Experience in email support at SHEIN where we assisted customers with their orders and parcels, refunding and cancelations of orders, Appointment setter and outbound agent were we calling some private clients to encourage to buy some products or ask if they want to sell their homes, Content Moderator watching sensitive videos before it comes out on social media.
