Tungkol kay Rhenish Astacaan:
I grew up in Bohol Philippines and attended my college where I studied Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After graduating, I began my career in Hotel Industry for 11 years. During that time I gained experience in guest service/customer service and meeting our guest expectation and make their stay memorable. I eventually decided to move on to BPO it is where the pandemic hits at Ibex Global Philippines. In my previous role I’m responsible for handling customers queries and to provide solution with their needs to achieve our goal to help them. Outside from work I enjoy reading books, watching movies that I can gain more knowledge and also I love having conversations with older people. Over all, I’m passionate about guest services/customer service and I am excited to see where my career takes me in the future.
