  • Prepare all necessary documentation from the Landlord for all tenants, including NOCs, approvals, and mall DM approved drawings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence from mall management office
  • Arrange Reimbursement of Security Deposits for all vacating tenants, after space is handed over in satisfactory condition
