Dedicated security professional with over nineteen (19) years of combined experience in Leadership, Security Management and Operations, and Project Management both in the Philippine Navy, in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and in the civilian sector, I feel confident that I am an excellent candidate for the position of Security Manager (or any related post/ vacancies). I pride myself on having strong management, leadership, and communication skills, an exceptional ability to follow standards for safety and documentation, and a friendly and customer-focused demeanor. Most importantly, I will be ready to step in and perform any task necessary to promote a safe and secure environment.

My previous experiences as a Commissioned Officer, Philippine Navy, Armed Forces of the Philippines; Project Manager in a family-owned construction firm; Detachment Commander of a security team in a call center; Security Head in a 135MW coal-fired power plant; and Security Consultant in a Security Consultancy Firm has prepared me well for this position. I learned standard management and leadership procedures, particularly in leading men and managing resources to accomplish goals. I was extremely conscientious in enforcing regulations and safety procedures and was constantly on alert for unusual activity. I also developed the ability to effectively communicate with various people from all walks of life and defuse uncomfortable or dangerous situations.
