Dr. Cayasan has 3 years of experience as primary care physician in both hospital and public health settings. She served for 2 years in doctorless rural and geographically-isolated communities in the Philippines as a Doctor To The Barrio (DTTB) under the Department of Health from 2019 to 2021. Alongside with being a Rural Health Physician, she also took her master's degree at University of the Philippines, Manila - College of Public Health and graduated last Feb. 2021.
