             Inclusive Special education teacher in the Province of Misamis Oriental with over six years total of experience helping students with varying disabilities and providing them with the same resources and opportunities. Handling the 7th and 8th grade level learners who may not have equal access to education in rural areas province of Misamis Oriental.  

I am an Inclusive special education teacher for over six years in rural areas province of Misamis Oriental. Helping and supporting students who may not have equal access to education. It was being said that challenges are inevitable in any career, but as an inclusive special education teacher especially handling learners in the rural areas. Throughout my career, I've been facing unique obstacles such as limited resources, balancing the diverse needs of students, or navigating systemic barriers to inclusion. However, discover creative solutions to these challenges, such as building a network of support among colleagues, reaching out to the community, and utilizing assistive technologies. 

As I continue in my career, reflecting on my practice, learning from my experiences, and adjusting strategies are all crucial to maintaining effectiveness. Each year brings new students, new challenges, and opportunities for further growth.

One of the most relevant and impactful examples of my work as a special education teacher involves differentiating instruction and providing individualized support to students with varying needs.

As an inclusive special education teacher to the learners with learning disability I have implemented a Modified Reading Program for a Student with Dyslexia
