In my previous positions, I’ve supported clients, executives, and cross-functional teams—whether assisting medical providers with claims and coverage verification or managing billing issues and escalations in a high-volume telecom environment. I’ve also worked remotely as a Virtual Assistant and freelance Marketing Assistant, directly supporting the CEO of one of Phuket’s largest hotels in managing communications and building strategic partnerships.
