About me:

Hello  I am Sheila mae Paglinawan my friends call me sheila,i am currently working as a customer service /cashier at Datablitz for six years now, I Have three grown up kids so i decided to step out of my comfort zone to try new career path and  find more opportunity that will help me for my finances in raising my children. i would be very glad to to work abroad and explore and learn more. 



I studied hospitality and Restaurant service for two years, there i we studied about more on customer service ,hospitality accommodation. We also learn how to cook different kind of dishes, but i think  what i got form my course is how to handle customers how to be patient and how to remain calm in every situation.


My considerable experience working with customers, solving escalated issues, and maintaining strong consumer relations will enable me to be a valuable member of your team. My experience has allowed me to discover that the best tactics for working effectively with customers are to listen, address the need, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction. In both of my past jobs, I have been commended on more than one occasion for my ability to handle customer complaints in a way that is professional, positive, and effective. I strive to treat each customer in a way that highlights the motto and beliefs of the organization. My approach to maintaining consumer relations is comparative to the description you posted, and my skills can strengthen the consumer base at my previous jobs.Not only will I provide trustworthy, friendly, and informative customer service to the individuals I work with, but I will also uphold the company’s efforts to be professional and to solve problems creatively.
