I previously worked as a customer service representative for DISH Network America's technical support and sales division. Additionally, I spent two years working in the medical industry as a Medical Representative for BBraun Germany, which has a branch in the Philippines. My administrative work and appointment-setting abilities were further boosted by the field of work I had been introduced to.
I started working for Renters Warehouse, Minnesota as a Security Deposits Coordinator the year before. I also worked as a Legal-payable Accounts specialist with Home Partners of America.
Working in the real estate industry has allowed me to further develop and improve my skills, including administrative work, sales and marketing, appointment setting, invoice processing, determining the extent of property damage, analyzing comparable sales, email support, and even handling tenant move-in and move-out requests for property management. After having accumulated all those experiences, I have come to understand the value of becoming familiar with the office's general workflow and business procedures.
From my years of employment, I have figured out how to move around the corporate world, develop an essential portfolio, and become the finest team player. I was able to identify the proper character traits and behaviors that enabled me to contribute to developing the greatest business culture through my years of employment.
I was able to put into practice the significance of shifting gears when necessary at work. I've learned to make a list of everything I have to do each day. Over the years, I seemed to gravitate toward becoming even more personable and teachable. I was taught that working with higher operations, colleagues, and clients is very vital and that the company's aim and the good of the business should always be aligned with my intentions. Those workouts are my modest professional achievements, in my opinion. I think it's important to think about the best habits we've developed along the journey as well as the simplest and grandest victories.
I was able to gracefully leave all of those jobs when it was time for me to pursue career advancement since I was constantly looking for the greatest knowledge and practices.
