Shiela Mae Cabunoc

I'm born and raised in the Philippines. After I graduate I look for a job right away and was able to made a huge step to see the world and experience working thousands of miles away from my comfort zone. I would say I'm fearless and hungry for knowledge, stability and success. I wanted to continue my journey bringing the dreams that I have for myself and the dreams of those people who's been supporting me since day one. 

I have experience as Front Office Agent/Reservations/Agent/Guest Relations Officer where I had to prioritize the needs of the guests and exceed their expectation. I learned how to use the Microsoft application to answer phone calls, organize files and data, maintain office supplies by following procedures. I mastered using Front Office Tools: Opera, On portal, Micros, and also websites. The skill's I gained from my experiences will be beneficial to your business. 

I graduated in St. Mary's College of Tagum Inc where I took Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.
