Hi! My name is Shiena Preye, and I have worked as a Process Associate for almost 3 years. My last job was at PATRA CORP, a partner of an insurance company. One of the key qualities I bring as an employee is integrity.
 

I have worked as a Process Associate for almost 3 years. My last job was at PATRA CORP, a partner of an insurance company.

I am responsible for:

- Reviewing and analyzing requests from the Account Manager, Insured, and Policyholder
- Preparing insurance policies according to the request and approved plan by the Account Manager
- Preparing and issuing policy documents according to the agreement between Owner/Contractor/Subcontractor
- Performing quality assurance (QA) on the policies
Sending emails to the Account Manager for queries
- My coworkers have said that I am hardworking and have the integrity that even my Team Lead trusts me to handle difficult requests.
