I am Sidney Ngo, 38 yrs old from Cebu City, a BSIT graduate of USJR wayback 2006 and a Certified Performance Coach under KSKA Sports Institute and currently taking up a Lifestyle Medicine Coaching Course under the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine.

I am currently a Health and Wellness Coach of an aesthetic clinic here in Cebu City. Been into Health and Wellness industry for around 20 years already. My background is Wushu under Wushu Federation of the Philippines and have trained clients in all ages and all walks of life. From kids’ martial-arts/gymnastics to adults’ fitness and to the elderlies’ well being.

Was also with the Philippine Red Cross as an Ambulance Crew volunteer, and currently keeps on upgrading my knowledge in health and wellness.
