Trixie Vidal

Hi! my name is Trixie Vidal. I'm excited to be here and learn more about this opportunity. I've always been passionate about the baking industry and have been a home baker for several years, creating cake for special occasions. I studied BS Hotel and Restaurant Management in UPHD Las pinas and completed short course in Bread and Pastry Production NC II and Cake Decorating. In my spare time, I enjoy experimenting with different cake flavors, creating new pastries for my customers, and practicing new cake designs. I'm always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. 

I have valuable experience in the food service industry, having worked as a food assembler at Mang Inasal and gained experienced in the hotel industry and on local cruise ship as room attendant. These roles have made me quick and efficient in completing tasks. I can apply these skills effectively to a position as a pastry staff member.
