Vicente Abad Santos

 I found that in my experience being exposed to several consultants in different industries that management consulting fits my interest and career goal of solving various business problems, travelling , meeting and collaborating with clients and much more. 

In my professional experience I have grown to develop my problem solving skills, leadership skills and results driven values. I exemplified my problem solving skills in my past work experience by  changing business processes of my past projects to be more efficient and participated in various case study competitions and case study projects. I refined my leadership skills leading my case study team in our first competition, Future Leaders’ League and developed my results driven values by finding various ways to endorse new candidates to our clients in my past work experience.

Majoring in Organizational and Social Systems Development, as a consistent dean’s lister, I found that my studies were centered around the process of targeting the root problems or organizations and how to solve them, analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data and delivering it to a more actionable process and leading various projects. I would love to serve with my specialties in organizational development whilst learning real world career experience and knowledge to further sharpen my skills as a young professional.
