I have approximately 20 years experience analysing international markets (fundamental, technical and, since recently, backtesting-based analyses) and creating various industry comparables-, DCF-, dividend- and CAPM-based pricing valuation models, having started my career at HSBC James Capel in 1996 as a secondee at East European Research desk (thanks to my participation in the Government sponsored Chancellor's Financial Sector Scheme sponsored by the British Council) and then assisted in the due diligence prior to placement of the Gazprom ADS on LSE (quoted in the attached CV). Between September 1998 and November 2005 I lived and worked in the United States (Green Card retained) in various brokerage and FINRA research firms, obtained the SEC Series 7 (Stocks, bonds, deep and exchanges) and 63 (code of conduct and regulatory practices) brokerage license. In 2009 I owned and operated equity fund called MidCap Sickle and Hammer, in 2011 while working at Nord Capital I managed fully loaded investment portfolio strategy Special Event that yielded over 24% through Jan-Aug period. I am fluent in both Russian and English and possess genuine native presentation skills working along my main professional path.
