Position:
Full Stack Web Developer

Number of hours: 30 hours/week

Tasks required:
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and themes
Optimize websites for performance, security, and scalability
Designing user interactions on web pages
Developing back-end website applications
Creating servers and databases for functionality
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
Designing and developing APIs
Perform website administration tasks such as plugin configuration, product management, set up email campaigns, content and loading and others
Meeting both technical and consumer needs
Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
Troubleshoot and debug websites to ensure that they are running smoothly
Other ad hoc tasks that might be assigned


Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Web developer or relevant experience
Knowledge in web programming
Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture and plugin development
Proficiency with Elementor website builder
Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytical tools
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skill
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
