    - provide support for UAT and deployment
    - provide assistance in troublshooting and issues investigation
    - monitor the tasks/deliverables of the team
    - provide status updates to clients on assigned tasks/deliverables
    - mentor and assist junior members of the team
    - provide consultancy suport to the client
