Work for our global clients and immerse in our rich and diverse company culture where you can thrive, grow and be #DecidedlyDifferent The Total Rewards Associate is responsible for supporting the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs Assist in ensuring that these programs are competitive compliant effectively meet the needs of employees MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES The Total Rewards Associate shall perform duties responsibilities including but not limited to the following Mandatory And Statutory Benefits Monitors updates to labor regulations promptly communicates changes impacting employee wages benefits Reports new employees to government agencies SSS Philhealth Pag-IGI ensures timely accurate payroll deductions remittance posting of government contributions loan payments Prepares provides employees with necessary documents for government benefits compliance Provides consultation guidance to employees for availment procedures of statutory benefits Validates submitted documents SSS Maternity Sickness benefits claims monitors ensures timely disbursement of benefits Coordinates with Finance check issuance reimbursement advanced benefits Updates maintains a record monthly government contributions loan payments advanced benefits reconciles documents remittances with employee list payment documents online transactions receipts Maintains organized efficient accurate updated records filing system all government contributions loan payments electronic printed copies Reconciles documents relevant remittances with employee lists proof payments online or over-the-counter transaction receipts Manages SSS R1A Philhealth ER2 other government certificates contributions Company-initiated Benefits Programs Tracks releases HMO cards manages HMO/GLI enrollment deletion encodes HMO accounts Tracks iCare program conducts C B information drives manages ORUS registration Manages ticket management system oversees C B filing processes Source identifies presents insurance providers based on companys strategy Administer employee health insurance plans ensuring timely enrollment eligible employees dependents Collabrates coordinates resolves issues related benefiits claims promptly Collaborates review maintain accurate records covered terminated advises inform employees changes developments related benefiits eligibility coverage provisions Conducts C & B information drives managing ORUS registration Other duties assigned Requirements Preferably college graduate any related course Psychology Human Resources Business Administration field At least years HR Generalist experience Hands-on experience Local National Government Remittance Claims Monitoring making reports Familiar payment process Company-initiated Benefits corporate events Familiar MS Excel Intermediate Level skills knowledge Basic Formulas v x Look-up commands Formula navigation Preferred basic knowledge usage Canva Creating editing posters design Open work shifting schedule Predominantly mid-shift PM–PM But flexible report shifting schedule especially company-related events Ops time GY/NS Hybrid Work set-up weeks onsite either Robinsons Bridgetowne Zeta Rockwell Business Center Ortigas }
