Job Description:
Primarily in-charge with coordination & submission of documents to government offices (e.g., BIR , SEC , etc.)Shall ensure safekeeping & management of department records & files , both physical and soft copies.
Assist in admin and clerical matters such as office supplies management , scanning & photocopying, etc.Assist in creating system tickets to admin or IT for admin requirements such as requests for repair or supplies.
Liaise with other department for admin mattersTo perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeJob RequirementsWilling to do field works such as in government offices & storage roomsMust be responsible , organized and has good communications skillsMust ensure utmost honesty and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents / informationFamiliar with different locations in Metro Manila
