- Work with a leading multinational company
- Strategic finance role
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner and help achieve long-term and short-term business and operations objectives. Provide strategic financial advice and challenge when needed senior leadership and the Commercial team.
- Spearhead P&L management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, specifically looking at budgeting, revenue forecasting, management reporting.
- Oversee the entire Finance and Procurement operations and ensure compliance with company, local, and international standards for Audit, Tax and Treasury requirements as well as Corporate, Business, and Tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local and group internal controls.
- Be part of all commercial and investment decision making process with timely review and advise for all Capex application or in the procurement of materials and supplies or leases for various businesses and ensure Return on Investment.
- Review and monitor contractual agreements and similar commitments entered into by the company for corporate services as well as support to the core operating businesses.
- People management
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or equivalent.
- CPA required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Finance/Finance Business Partnering, with at least 2 years of experience as Finance Director/Head of Finance or equivalent.
- Experience in a multinational company, with background in regional (APAC/SEA) reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in people management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and has a keen attention to details.
- Familiar with Oracle and reporting via Hyperion.
