Job Title: Project Manager – UKG Ready Implementation
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing UKG Ready products. The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS implementations, exposure to HR, WFM, and Payroll processes, comprehensive IT implementation skills, and a proven track record in stakeholder management.
Experience
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
- At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of UKG Ready products
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks during the implementation process
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in North America, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in SaaS implementation
- Strong familiarity with UKG Ready products or similar workforce management solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with North American stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
