    Administrative Officer

    The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and procedures, including documentation control, insurance and communications, support administration, and standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and update administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance and recommend revisions as necessary.
    • Control the circulation of documents, including publication, distribution, and recall of outdated or obsolete materials.
    • Safekeep and control access to important records and contracts, including employee loan/plan contracts, insurance contracts, and third-party provider contracts.
    • Maintain an accurate database of contracts from third-party suppliers and review incoming contracts for revisions as necessary.
    • Coordinate with utility providers for company requirements, monitor long-distance calls, and manage disconnections of utilities.
    • Monitor insurance coverage for company-owned vehicles and coordinate with insurance providers as needed.
    • Negotiate with external parties for administrative services and make studies to guarantee maximum benefits for the company.
    • Facilitate timely provision of utilities to stores and Corporate Support Office (CSO).
    • Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and condition of the CSO office, supervise the Utility Man, and oversee the Messenger in delivering articles.
    • Supervise the Admin staff/Driver in facilitating requests concerning company-owned vehicles.
    • Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, and company properties, develop new work processes, and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field, with 2 years in a similar capacity.
    • Graduate of Business Administration or any 4-year business course preferred.
    • Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Open Office.
    • High tolerance for stress.

    Estimated Salary:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
