    To support our organic growth and content execution, we're looking for a part-time SEO Content Specialist who excels at query analysis, semantic SEO, and creating high-quality content briefs according to Koray Tuğberk Gübür's Semantic SEO framework for content writers.

    About the Role

    Your primary responsibility is to translate search demand, search engine results page, and query data insights into clear, actionable content briefs that enable writers to produce accurate, high-quality, and high-performing content.

    You'll work closely with our Head of SEO & Content, SEO Specialist, and a team of content writers as part of a mature SEO and content function.

    This is a part-time, hands-on remote role, with 3–4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET).

    What You'll Do

    Create detailed content briefs for writers, including:

    • Heading vectors and hierarchy
    • Content methodology
    • Key concepts, entities, and relevant phrases
    • Internal-link and anchor-text suggestions
    • Visual component suggestions, if required
    • Help maintain and expand the topical map by identifying gaps, overlaps, and consolidation opportunities
    • Review existing content and recommend updates for intent alignment, topical coverage, and completeness
    • Support on-page optimization through content brief-driven guidance
    • Help document and improve content-brief templates and SEO workflows

    Required Qualifications

    • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong content planning, briefing, and on-page optimization focus
    • Proven experience creating content briefs writers can execute independently
    • Experience using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Google Sheets/Excel
    • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote, process-oriented environment
    • Practical experience with semantic or entity-based SEO
    • Familiarity with Koray Tuğberk Gübür's Semantic SEO framework
