• Oversee the compliances, strategies, schedules and daily operations of the Technical Services Group and each individual staff with respect to the application and processing of permits and licenses for each Project;
• Liaise and coordinate with the different departments and government and private agencies/cooperatives and attend hearings and meetings with government agencies and their authorized representative/s;
• Monitor the required submissions/compliances of the Technical Services Group, including the needed budget for the timely release of permits and licenses;
• Attend to the concerns of the Department in terms of permits application and in the preparation of reports, where necessary;
• Oversee the processing of title transfer for projects and individual buyers; and
