Job summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator is a role within the Global Recruitment Center in Makati that provides recruitment searches and administrative support to the global Talent Acquisition group.- Perform Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tasks such as creation of requisitions; posting of jobs on the company website/internal job board and/or other external sites.
- Provide job descriptions for requisitions; create candidate profiles and update existing candidate profiles in the ATS.
