Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards
- Implement safety control measures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHA, and company safety regulations
- Conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety orientations
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Promote safety awareness among workers and project personnel
Qualifications:
- Certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) is required
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
- Trained in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and risk assessment procedures
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Masinloc, Zambales
- Preferably resident of Masinloc, Zambales or nearby areas
