    Job Summary

    The Head of Product Marketing leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, positioning, and lifecycle management of the bank's products. This role bridges product development, sales, and marketing to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
    • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and enhancements
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to drive revenue performance
    • Monitor product profitability and P&L performance
    • Develop campaigns to increase product penetration and cross-sell
    • Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals
    • Build and manage a product marketing team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in banking or financial services
    • Strong understanding of P&L management and revenue strategy
    • Experience launching and scaling financial products
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
