    What You'll Do

    As a PHP Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing systems that power critical healthcare services:

    • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using PHP (Vanilla/Laravel) and
    • Collaborate closely with a skilled, supportive engineering team to deliver new features
    • Optimize system performance, improve security, and maintain high code quality
    • Support system integrations and ensure technical documentation is up to date
    • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams during live deployments and releases

    What we are looking for

    We're looking for someone who is technically strong, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment:

    • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or web development
    • Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Vanilla/Laravel), , SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and solve complex technical problems
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a team setting
    • Calm under pressure with strong communication and collaboration skills
