• At least two (2) years of experience as Trainer in a BPO company
• Preferably, with background in Education, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms, an advantage
• Deep understanding of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Must be willing work in Alabang
• Amenable with shifting schedule

• Conduct training via various methods: in-person and online.
• Plan, organize, and deliver training for both new hires and existing employees.
• Lead in-person training sessions for new hires.
• Provide individual feedback sessions for new hires and address any training gaps.
• Assist in developing training programs.
• Monitor how training aligns with job performance.
• Actively learn skills across different teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation, ensuring efficiency in the training process.
• Develop and implement global processes to enhance consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Review training materials for clarity, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in processes, knowledge, and communication.
• Manage translation and localization of courses.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure training solutions are accessible and effective.
