Job summary
Manage recruitment and selection processes including posting job vacancies screening resumes conducting interviews Maintain update employee records ensuring compliance with labor laws company policies Assist in onboarding orientation of new employees Administer employee benefits payroll leave management Support performance management processes appraisals training needs assessment Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies regulations Handle employee relations issues grievances disciplinary actions Prepare HR reports metrics documentation for management review Coordinate employee engagement activities programs Provide guidance support to employees on HR policies procedures Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field Knowledge of labor laws HR best practices payroll administration Strong communication interpersonal organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HR software Microsoft Office applications Problem-solving skills attention to detail Previous experience in HR administrative roles is an advantage Ability to work independently part of team
